No refunds or exchanges on final sale items. All styles within the 'SALE' tab are considered 'final sale'. Final sale items can be returned for a 110% store credit only. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code are also considered “final sale” - we suggest you make your selection carefully.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit, return your item/purchase in its original condition and place a new order. Your store credit will be issued digitally in the form of a code, once your original purchase has been received and which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online. Alternatively, we suggest to purchase the size or style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item. You can then submit a return request for your initial purchase. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable and reputable shipping service, as MON CHOUX The Label is not liable and takes no responsibility in tracking your return.

All items must be in the original condition, unworn with protective stickers attached and packaging in tact.
